Our Garage Floor Storm Shelters can be installed in both new construction and in existing garages.  These shelters are take up less valuable garage space.  They are designed to fit into the garage floor, under your vehicle.


Our Garage Floor Shelters are easily accessible by all ages, with steps and a removable handrail.  

The weather-proofed 1/4 inch steel plate door slides open and can be secured from inside or outside (when not in use).  Our shelters are fitted with carpeted benches where you can sit out the storm in relative comfort and absolute safety.  Battery-operated lights are also available to add to the interior of the shelter as an option. 

There are two sizes of the underground steel-plated shelters available, both built to exceed FEMA requirements.

These are 87” L x40” W x 53” T (which comfortably fits 8-10 people) and the 98” L x60” W x64” T (fitting 16-20 individuals).  All our units exceed FEMA requirements for ventilation.

Designed to be safe, practical and maximise space and needs, our shelters are constructed for easy access and space-usage. We can give you a fuller list of specifications as needed. These are some primary factors to consider...

- Four stairs which are removable, so giving more space within.
