Our Slope Front Storm Shelter is made of 6,000 PSI reinforced pre-cast fiber mesh concrete poured around a rebar cage that is welded together on 1 foot spacing.
The door is made of vertically reinforced 3/16” powder coated steel with a triple latch system, and exceeded all tests at the Texas Tech University’s Wind Science and Engineering Research Center, easily meeting FEMA standards.
It comes with a double handrail ladder for easy access in entering and exiting the shelter.
For fresh air, it comes equipped with both an 8” turbine roof vent and a 3” vent. Inside dimensions are 6’ x 8’ x 6’2” and holds approximately 12 people.

Besides the gray of the natural concrete shelters, it is also available in two other colors, red or brown, with matching vents and doors for an additional price.
